Behind the scenes, the brains of these commercial spaces is the KNX system, which manages the full BMS system. Capable of monitoring and regulating temperatures of multiple rooms split across multiple floors, clients are able to benefit from their own offices with individual climate control for heating and cooling, as well as customized lighting control, all achieved by custom keypads to interface with the KNX system.

With the world opting for a greener future, KNX is the perfect system to use in the 21st century; able to monitor energy consumption, while powering pumps, controlling hot water and cold water, running AC and more, benefiting from dedicated software to save on usage. All processed simultaneously in the background, allowing users of the commercial space to work in absolute comfort.

Meeting rooms are a big part of any commercial office space. Mosaic are well equipped with video conferencing, lighting control, and thermostats. We opt to house PIR’s in each meeting room to switch off TVs and lights when not used in order to save energy.
With large open plan offices, the sunlight can cause a great discomfort and distraction to users. Mosaic can control blinds through the use of app-based software, keypads, or sunlight sensors. Mosaic also work closely with Blind installers to provide a complete and competitive service from install to control, simplifying the process.

Audio zones in common spaces can be used to create soothing ambient music. We design the audio system and manage leveling in order to make the audio as least intrusive as possible in commercial settings.

CCTV is a must have on a commercial property. We have installed CCTV systems in multiple different types of commercial spaces with night vision, thermal imaging and more.
